Follow these rules to ensure a fun experience for everyone.

*Repeat offenders will face harsher punishment.

*Fines may be issued as punishment.

• 1. No Hacked Clients or Unfair Advantages
  • 1.1. Any hacked clients, exploits, or modifications that provide an unfair advantage are strictly prohibited.
  • 1.2. Allowed clients/mods include (but are not limited to): Badlion, Optifine, Fabric.
• 2. No Racism, Xenophobia, Homophobia, or Hate Speech
  • 2.1. Hate speech of any kind is not tolerated.
  • 2.2. Speech that reinforces harmful stereotypes is also prohibited.
• 3. Keep Chat Appropriate and Be Respectful
  • 3.1. No NSFW content.
  • 3.2. Use discretion when discussing mature topics.
  • 3.3. Always remain respectful toward other players.
• 4. Keep Political Discussions Civil
  • 4.1. Genuine, civil discussion and disagreements are allowed.
  • 4.2. Arguing, name-calling, and hostile political debates are not permitted.
• 5. No Trolling, Rage-Baiting, or Non-Sensical Arguing
  • 5.1. Do not argue purely to provoke others.
  • 5.2. Do not intentionally annoy players to provoke reactions.
  • 5.3. Do not engage in pointless or circular arguments.
• 6. No Spam
  • 6.1. Do not spam in Discord or in Minecraft chat.
  • 6.2. You must stop immediately if warned, even if the spam was unintentional.
  • 6.3. External links may be removed.
  • 6.4. “Death spamming,” especially with named weapons, is not allowed.
• 7. Minimum Age Requirement
  • 7.1. Players must be at least 13 years old.
  • 7.2. Staff may challenge your age if your behavior suggests otherwise.
• 8. No Claim Blocking or Snaking
  • 8.1. Towns may border each other, but intentionally cutting off another town is not allowed.
  • 8.2. Hollow claims are prohibited.
  • 8.3. No unreasonable world alteration within a 6 chunk distance from a town is permitted.
  • 8.4. Claim snaking may be allowed in certain circumstances, for example, following coastlines/rivers or natural geography.
  • 8.5. No disconnected claims, 'Claim hopping', with the exception to outposts or where is fits the geography such as an archipelago. Staff discretion.
• 9. No PvP Outside Allowed Areas
  • 9.1. PvP is only permitted in designated PvP arenas or between enemied towns.
  • 9.2. Indirect PvP—including trapping or pushing players—is also prohibited.
  • 9.3. Pets cannot be stolen or killed.
• 10. No Trapping or Spawn Trapping
  • 10.1. Do not set town/nation spawns that harm players.
  • 10.2. Do not trap players in any way.
• 11. Keep Terrain and Shorelines Realistic
  • 11.1. Do not alter terrain to the point where it no longer resembles the real-world country.
  • 11.2. Blocking rivers, channels, or basins is not allowed.
  • 11.3. Normal terraforming is acceptable.
• 12. Appropriate Town and Nation Names
  • 12.1. Names must be appropriate and somewhat realistic.
  • 12.2. Rude, racist, or offensive names are prohibited.
  • 12.3. Fictional names are allowed if they remain reasonably believable.
• 13. No Griefing
  • 13.1. Griefing any player-made structure is forbidden.
  • 13.2. This includes buildings outside claimed land.
  • 13.3. When in doubt, ask for permission first.
• 14. No Self-Promotion or Advertising
  • 14.1. Advertising or soliciting is not allowed.
  • 14.2. This also applies in user DMs.
• 15. No Stealing
  • 15.1. Stealing from players, towns, or nation banks is prohibited.
  • 15.2. Chests in unclaimed land may be looted.
• 16. Alt Account Limit
  • 16.1. Each player may have one alternate account.
  • 16.2. Shared IPs (e.g., within a household) count toward this limit.
• 17. No Gold Farms
  • 17.1. Any form of gold farming is prohibited.
• 18. No Lag Machines
  • 18.1. Unintentional lag machines will be removed and may receive warnings.
  • 18.2. Any deliberate attempt to cause lag or disrupt gameplay results in a permanent ban.
• 19. No Ban or Mute Evasion
  • 19.1. Evading punishments using alternate accounts on Discord or Minecraft will result in a permanent ban.
• 20. No Impersonation
  • 20.1. Impersonating staff or players is strictly forbidden.
  • 20.2. This includes names, nicknames, profile pictures, and skins.
• 21. Keep It Safe for Work
  • 21.1. No e-dating or roleplay of a sexual nature.
  • 21.2. No over-sexual discussions or fetish content.
• 22. Non-English Languages Are Allowed
  • 22.1. Players may speak any language.
  • 22.2. Staff are not responsible for moderating non-English conversations.
• 23. Discord-Specific Rules
  • 23.1. Follow the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • 23.2. Use appropriate channels for discussions when asked by staff.
• 24. Staff Have Final Say
  • 24.1. You must comply if a staff member asks or warns you to stop.
  • 24.2. If you wish to dispute staff action, open a ticket.
  • 24.3. This includes disputes made on behalf of others.
• 25. Town Inactivity and Removal
  • 25.1. Solo towns of permanently banned players will be removed.
  • 25.2. Towns who's residents have been inactive for 30 days or more can be deleted.
  • 25.3. If you are not able to play for 30 days for whatever reason, let a member of staff know.
